Returns & Refunds

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags attached.

To initiate a return, send an email to info.elevowear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you the return instructions.

Defects Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours at info.elevowear@gmail.com with a photo — we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Pre-order cancellations Pre-order items can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as production will have already started.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
